Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Restocking fee: 20%

Restocking fee: 35% (if the product has been opened and used, and must be resold as “used”), subject to approval by Van d’ici inc.

Original shipping fees: Non-refundable, as they were paid directly to the shipping company.

Return shipping fees: Paid by the customer ​


Return Instructions 

Request a return authorization: To request a return authorization, simply reply to the original invoice email with your request. You must specify the reason for returning the item and indicate whether you have opened the product packaging and/or used the product.


Other Items Not Eligible for Return

  • No returns are accepted on toilets unless they are new and sealed by the manufacturer.
  • No returns are accepted on wheels or tires.
  • No returns are accepted on clearance, sale, or discontinued items.​
  • No returns are accepted on GPS products, in accordance with the manufacturer’s policies.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.



Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at: gabriel@vandici.ca Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable) Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded. ​


Exchanges (if applicable)​

We only replace items that are originally defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at gabriel@vandici.ca. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. The item remains your property until it is delivered.
